I maintain a private practice in both Dallas and Austin working with adolescence through adult populations. I work both in intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as marriage and family therapy. My practice also includes forensic psychology. I consult and testify in civil and criminal matters for both the plaintiff/prosecution and defense. I serve as an independent medical evaluator, performing disability evaluations on veterans with disability claims, including mental disability, post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury.

Debbie Webb, Ph.D., LCSW LPC, LCDC

Advisory Board Member

Dr. Webb has over 40 years of experience in the fields of mental illness, chemical dependency and dual or multiple disorders, including 36 years in management positions and 22 years of experience providing clinical supervision to other professionals in the field. She has an earned doctorate in Social Work, as well as master’s degrees in Counseling and Social Work. Dr. Webb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Chemical Dependence Counselor. In the past, she worked for 23 years at Integral Care, the last 4 of which she served as the Division Director of Behavioral Health Services, and for 10 years, she oversaw the Quality Management, Program Evaluation and Research Department. She has been an Adjunct Professor for the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work for 22 years. Dr. Webb has 12 years experience in private practice, and has been a nationally recognized Dual Diagnoses Consultant, researcher, and author regarding mental illness(es) and substance use disorders for over 20 years. She is the designer and founder of Good Chemistry Groups for persons with dual or multiple disorders. In 2003, Dr. Webb was honored by receiving the Charles I. Wright Distinguished Alumnae of the Year Award by The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work and S.W.A.N. While being an active professional, Dr. Webb has simultaneously served as an active volunteer with numerous non-profit organizations, including the Micah 6 Food Pantry in Austin; in 2004, NAMI Texas recognized her with a Volunteer Award. In 2014, Dr. Webb was honored by being selected as the “Social Worker of the Year” by the Capital Area NASW and by NASW Texas. More

David Evans, M.A.

Mr. Evans has been the Executive Director of Integral Care for over 20 years, and has served as a state-level Commissioner in two other states. Mr. Evans is adjunct faculty at St. Edward’s University and The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.

H. Clyde Farrell, J.D.

Mr. Farrell is an attorney in Austin with vast experience in special needs trusts and long term planning for people with disabilities. He has also published and lectured widely on these subjects.
